Pricing

Clear, individual pricing — agreed before we start

A weekly lesson plan, an intensive relocation course and a 200-page report are three different pieces of work, so we quote each one on its own merits. You always receive a written figure before any paid work begins, and the 30-minute consultation is subject to a fee.

We do not publish fixed prices, and we would rather say so plainly. What you pay depends on how often you learn, how much material is involved, how quickly you need it and how specialised the subject matter is. Tell us those four things and you will receive a specific, written quote — normally after a short conversation, and always before work starts.

Ways to engage us

Four ways people work with us, each quoted per scope

Choose the shape of engagement that fits your goal. Every card below tells you exactly what is included and what drives the figure.

Intensive programme

Custom quote

Quoted per programme, according to its length and the number of sessions you can commit to each week.

  • Frequent, focused sessions for a set period
  • Designed for a deadline, a relocation or exam preparation
  • Heavy emphasis on speaking from the outset
  • Role play for the situations you will actually meet
  • Priority scheduling while the programme runs
  • Weekly progress check-ins

  • Needs assessment with your team lead
  • Course design for your operating context
  • Scheduling that fits working hours and shift patterns
  • Materials and recordings for every participant
  • Progress summaries for managers

Content & media projects

Custom quote

Quoted per project: volume, language direction, file format, turnaround and subject matter all affect the total.

  • Scope review before any work is committed
  • Translation, transcription, dubbing or localisation
  • Produced by native-speaker humans, not machine output
  • Output format and delivery method agreed up front
  • Proofread delivery with a revision round
  • Confidentiality, and an NDA on request

How pricing works

Four things move the figure

If you know the answers to these, we can usually give you a precise number quickly — and if a brief is unclear, we will ask rather than guess.

Frequency & duration

One lesson a week is a different commitment from four. Session length, how often you meet and how long the arrangement is intended to run all shape the fee.

Volume or word count

For written and audio work, the size of the material is central. Send the actual files or a realistic estimate and the quote reflects it — we do not price blindly per word and hope for the best.

Turnaround

A comfortable timeline costs less than a compressed one. Tell us your real deadline: if it cannot be met properly, we will say so before you commit.

Subject & format

Medical, legal, technical, academic and research material needs specialist handling, and some formats take longer to work with than others. Both are reflected in the quote.

Fair and simple

No packages you do not need

We would rather sell you four well-planned lessons than forty you never use. If your goal can be reached faster, or if a different service suits it better, we will tell you.

  • The 30-minute consultation is subject to a fee, and carries no obligation to continue.
  • You approve the written quote before any paid work begins.
  • If we are not the right team for a job, we will say so.
Practicalities

Payment, invoicing and scheduling

For individual learners

Your quote states the fee and the period it covers. The currency and the payment method are agreed in writing with you before you pay anything, and there are no card details collected through this website.

  • Fee and payment method confirmed in writing first
  • Lesson times booked in advance
  • Sessions rescheduled rather than lost — just tell us as early as you can
  • Ask us anything before you commit

For organisations

We are used to working with finance and programme teams. The quote becomes an invoice your organisation can process, with the reference details and payment terms we agree together.

  • Invoices issued to the organisation, not the individual learner
  • Purchase order and project references included on request
  • Payment terms agreed at quote stage
  • One named point of contact for the whole engagement
Before you ask

Pricing questions we hear most

Because a single figure would mislead most people. A learner taking one lesson a week and an organisation commissioning a translated training manual are not buying the same thing. We quote each engagement individually so the figure you see is the figure that applies to you.

Usually after one short conversation, or as soon as we have seen the material involved. For project work, send the files or a sample and the brief in your own words; we will come back with scope, timeline and a written figure.

Yes. The 30-minute consultation is subject to a fee. It doubles as your level assessment, and you are under no obligation to continue afterwards.

Get your figure

Tell us what you need and we will quote it

Start with the 30-minute consultation, or send a written brief for a project. Either way you get a clear, no-obligation figure before anything is agreed.
